1. Franchising & Investment Managers
Roles & Responsibilities
The Franchising manager would primarily be responsible for scouting start ups in microfinance, due diligence, negotiations,
investment & deal structuring, recommendations to the investment committee and finalization of the deals. The manager would
be dealing with franchisees created by our partner organization.
Qualification/skills & experience
Post graduate in Business Administration with 8-10 years of experience in project management and financial planning. Candidates with experience in microfinance operations with an investment focus and ability to analyze would be preferred.
2. Project Associates
Roles & Responsibilities
The Project Associate will assist the investment team in managing, coordinating and conducting investment analysis, company
research, due diligence, and negotiation of terms with potential investment recipients.
Qualification/skills & experience
Post graduate in Business Administration with 5-6 years of experience in project management, financial planning. Candidates
with experience in microfinance operations would be preferred.
